ADHD Coaching for Teens & College Students
Feeling Overwhelmed or Stuck? You’re Not Alone
If you’re a high school or college student who struggles to stay organized, keep up with work, or manage motivation, you’re not alone. ADHD and Executive Function challenges can make school—and life—feel more stressful than it needs to be.
You may know what you need to do… but actually doing it is a whole different story.
That’s where ADHD Coaching comes in.

You’re Not Lazy. You Just Haven’t Been Taught How You Work Best.
ADHD and Executive Function challenges aren’t about intelligence or effort. They’re about learning how to work with your brain—not against it.
Coaching helps you do just that.
ADHD coaching isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about giving you tools that actually work—for your brain, your life, and your goals.
Whether it’s planning your week, staying focused in class, keeping up with deadlines, or just feeling more in control, coaching gives you real strategies to make things easier.
With ADHD coaching, you’ll:
- Learn how to manage time, stay organized, and follow through on commitments.
- Build self-awareness and confidence in how you work best.
- Set goals and actually stick with them—without burnout.
- Feel more in control of your schoolwork and life (and less nagging from parents!).
ADHD coaching is a supportive, non-judgmental partnership that helps you build the skills to succeed—on your terms.
Unlike therapy, coaching doesn’t focus on your past or emotions. Instead, we focus on what’s next—and how to move forward.
It’s practical. It’s personalized. It’s about progress, not perfection.
Our certified ADHD Coaches are trained to help students like you:
- Understand how ADHD and Executive Function challenges show up in school and daily life.
- Identify what’s getting in your way—and what’s already working for you.
- Experiment with new strategies that fit your learning and thinking style.
- Stay motivated and accountable, even when distractions take over.
Coaching typically involves one 50-minute session each week, with optional check-ins between sessions for support and accountability.
Most students start noticing progress within the first few weeks. But real change takes time—and we’ll help you build habits that stick.
There’s no one-size-fits-all solution. Coaching is tailored to YOU.
You may pay for coaching per session or you may also choose to pay for a Package of 4 Coaching Sessions.
Payments are due at the beginning of the Individual Session orthe beginning of the 4-week schedule.
Each session is usually between 50 minutes and an hour, at a time mutually convenient for the student and the coach.
Coaching is not covered by health insurance.
If you have an HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account), you may be able to use that for coaching sessions. Please check with your account provider.
