Help parents find their footing.
Parents of children with ADHD are often doing their best without the tools they need. The ADHD Parent Coach Academy trains you to change that - with a clear framework, research-grounded strategies, and the confidence to guide families effectively.
Already working with families? Many APCA participants are clinicians, coaches, and educators who want to do more for parents - not just the child in the room. This training gives you exactly that.
Facilitated by Jodi Hogan, B.A. • Certified ADHD Parent Coach • ICF Member
The gap you can fill
Parents need more support than most professionals have been trained to give.
ADHD resources tend to focus on the child. But the parent is doing the hardest daily work - and they often don’t have the tools, the language, or the support to do it well. That’s where you come in.
Rising Diagnoses, Rising Need
With over 2.4 million children diagnosed annually and 15 million adults living with ADHD, families are actively seeking support. The demand for knowledgeable, parent-focused coaching is growing every year.
Parents Need More Than Information
Most ADHD resources focus on the child. But parents need practical strategies, clear communication tools, and someone who understands what they’re navigating - not just a handout or a list of tips.
A Flexible, Meaningful Career Path
Work independently, alongside other professionals, or within your existing practice. Offer one-on-one coaching, group workshops, or school-based programs - all while doing work that genuinely matters to families.
What’s actually missing
Parents aren’t stuck because they don’t care. They’re stuck because no one has given them the right framework.
When you know how to support a parent - not just a child - everything shifts. Here’s what professionals consistently tell us they were missing before the Academy.
A clear structure for guiding parents through ADHD challenges - not just talking through problems, but actually building skills and changing patterns at home.
A way to talk about executive function that parents can actually use - that helps them understand their child’s behavior without judgment or blame.
Ready-to-use tools and workshops they can offer immediately - so they’re not starting from scratch every time a family walks in the door.
Grounded in Research & Real-World Practice
The ADHD Parent Coach Academy is built on the work of Cindy Goldrich, Ed.M., ADHD-CCSP - author of this widely used parent resource and internationally recognized expert in ADHD and executive function. Cindy’s training programs have supported thousands of parents, clinicians, and coaches worldwide. The Academy brings that expertise directly into your practice - not as a one-time workshop, but as a complete, repeatable system you can use with every family you work with.

What graduates are saying
Real impact. Real practices. Real families.
This course has provided me with so many tools as a clinician that have been instrumental in my practice with parents of children with ADHD and EF challenges. This is a great investment for any clinician or coach that works with parents or neurodivergent children.
“Cindy’s workshops helped me launch my coaching business with tools that are valuable and easy to administer - for both acquiring clients and working with them. I highly recommend this program for coaches just starting out or wanting to expand their practices.”
“I earned an APCA license to teach Calm and Connected. Cindy Goldrich is a phenomenal instructor and made it simple to stay engaged. I am excited about providing these services in my community and encourage other professionals to attend.”
“I feel it is going to bring me closer to my son and help me understand what he was trying to tell me. I now know how to communicate with a calm and collaborative problem-solving attitude instead of being a judgmental, short-tempered parent. For me, that was the light at the end of the tunnel.”
“The training is practical, entirely useful from day one, and gives you a lot to think about. As an educator I felt supported in what I could bring to my team to improve the school experience for our students.”
