ADHD & Executive Function
Professionals
ADHD is a complex neurobiological disorder.
- It is not just about lack of focus, hyperactivity, or inattentiveness.
- It is not remediated by simply adding structure, providing consistency, or establishing a reward system to keep the child on task.
- It is not cured by prescribing medication, an exercise routine, or meditation, even though they may be part of a treatment program.
I have had tremendous success working with hundreds of families and professionals to help them reduce the impact that ADHD has on children and teens. Whether you want to support parents, students, or other professionals who work with people struggling with ADHD, having updated knowledge, strategies, and tools is vital to your success.
Experience is NOT knowledge.
My trainings will help deepen your knowledge, solidify your foundation, and help you become an expert in the field.

Testimonials From Professionals

I have thoroughly enjoyed both classes and learned so much. I am excited about providing these services in my community and encourage other professionals to attend Cindy’s training.
Monica
Cindy Goldrich is a phenomenal instructor and made it simple to stay engaged. As a result, I earned an APCA license to teach Calm and Connected: Parenting Children and Teens with Executive.
Robyn
Cindy’s coaching programs are fantastic. She teaches you in a way in which you feel encouraged and empowered to try new methods and approaches to supporting your child(ren) with ADHD.

You’ve developed a really brilliant program here. I wish I had it when my son was first diagnosed 10 years ago!
Gwynn A. (Mother and APCA Parent Coach Academy Graduate)
This training course and Calm and Connected material is so fantastic; it’s meaty with descriptions of most importantly what it’s like for kids with ADHD, with concepts like disability thinking on the parent’s end to help defray emotional reaction to child’s behaviors, solid and sensible communication techniques that can work in ANY relationship. I’m sure you’ve heard over and over from coaching trainees that they wished they had Calm and Connected for their own family issues. I know that’s how I feel. And though my son is in a good place, and feeling fulfilled yet still learning, I have really kept this curriculum in mind when the much less occasional friction rears up. So thank you! Your delivery is therapeutic, positive, and easy to maintain full attention for 2 hours at a clip. Honest, and clear, and so willing to clear up any confusion in a calm manner.
Heidi P. (Mother and ADHD Parent Coach Academy Graduate)
I knew I needed better communication skills to be able to cope with the new phase of our relationship. …I think it was one the smartest thing I ever did in my life. I feel it is going to bring me closer to my son and understand what he was trying to tell me, for a very simple reason, I now know how to communicate with a calm and collaborative problem-solving attitude instead of being judgmental, short-tempered parent. I love my son dearly. If this will make me help him and not enable him, I will do it again and again and again. For me, that was the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you Cindy.
Amal A. (Parent and ADHD Parent Coach Academy Graduate)
Thank you so much for your training. I really took your advice at the session to heart and I’ve made a shift in my position from that of a parent who believes her child’s teachers don’t “get it,” to that of a parent who realizes that his teachers probably mean well but likely do not have the depth of training needed to really understand the needs of these diverse learners. As a counselor, and a parent of a child with ADHD and dyslexia, I realize that my personal experience and training have provided me with insights and tools that I can share with his teachers so they might be able to better help him and other students. I’m also reaching out to the principal and the counseling and case management team to see if there are ways that I can help educate teachers and other parents. I have to tread lightly–I don’t want to step on toes–but I genuinely feel that I can help make a difference in the lives of students at our school.

I took the ADHD Parent Coach Academy from Singapore and I have found the information very helpful and up to date. Cindy has been really sincere and supportive from the moment I contacted her. I have started to do her webinars in both Japanese and English and my participants have given me feedback on how the webinars gave them a new light on their situations and so informative. The administration side is very smooth as well and is amazingly on top of things! I definitely recommend PTS Coaching to anyone looking to find a coach and to train to become a coach.
Ryoko Sado, ADHD/EF Coach, Counselor, Educational Coach
Cindy is a knowledgeable and competent teacher. This course has provided me with so many tools as a clinician that have been instrumental in my practice with parents of children with ADHD/EF challenges. This is a great investment for any clinician or coach that works with parents or neurodivergent children.
Christina Silvera, Clinical Psychologist, ADHD & Executive Function Parent Coach
Cindy’s Parent Coach training program is excellent. She is relatable and knowledgeable about ADHD and parenting. Cindy’s workshops helped me launch my coaching business with workshops that provide valuable and easy to administer tools for both acquiring clients and working with clients. I am also taking advantage of Cindy’s ongoing education to coaches to help me grow my practice and increase my knowledge. I highly recommend this program for coaches just starting out or coaches wanting to expand their practices!

Cindy, I really appreciated the opportunity to attend this session. As I mentioned to you via a separate email conversation I learned more about myself as a result of taking this course and was able to identify myself as an individual that also has ADHD. It was very liberating and am working on developing additional supports for myself that would help hold me accountable and become more successful both in my career and in my personal life. I thank you for opening the realm of opportunity for me.
Salvador Limon, Special Education Lead
What a great curriculum. Parents had positive feedback with their kids already!! I really like how it flowed
So glad I can offer support and education to parents. Thank you for putting this together.
Roberta Havens, MA, Ed., ADHD & Executive Function Parent Coach
I must say, taking this course is one of the best decisions I have made to increase my knowledge and improve my ability to provide holistic support to families. Thanks!
Liliana Diaz, CPA, ADHD & Executive Function Parent Coach
I really enjoyed this training! I learned so much from you and have been reflecting on everything I have learned from the moment the course began. You are an excellent teacher and obviously a gifted parent coach. I have derived so many benefits from this training including a stronger ability to stay calm, listen to others, appreciate my strengths as a coach as well as a clinician, and gain a clearer understanding of the components that are required for effective parenting.

Gwynn Anidjar, Life Coach, ADHD & Executive Function Parent Coach
Thank you again for such educational and well-organized instruction. At this time I actually don’t have any immediate follow-up questions. However, if and when I choose to begin parent coaching (outside of working with parents of students) I know I will be appreciative of having you and your wealth of experience as a resource. Thank you for everything,
Robin Held, Montessori elementary school teacher, ADHD & Executive Function Parent Coach
I have just completed your ADHD Parent Coach training and I wanted to say I have never been more motivated to help a community of parents/educators who are lost and not educated enough like myself (before) to know the difficulties of raising and teaching students with ADHD. You opened my eyes to so much!

It’s a pleasure to recommend Cindy Goldrich to present at your school or organization. She led a ½ day presentation at Boulder Country Day School where she helped us discover the unique qualities of both students and adults with attention deficit and executive function issues. Cindy was a dynamic presenter, well-informed, and eager to engage with her audience. She reviewed key characteristics of ADHD and executive functioning deficits, all the while putting to rest myths and inaccuracies that seem to inundate the public discourse. Her practical strategies were well received by our faculty and staff, and we were immediately able to put her training to good use. She’d be an outstanding resource for schools and/or organizations seeking to explore or to learn more about these important issues.
John H. Suitor III, Head of School, Boulder Country Day School
This book (8 Keys to Parenting Children with ADHD) is a godsend for parents raising kids who have the exciting but often challenging condition called ADHD. Written by a woman who has helped thousands of parents through her enormously successful parenting workshops and classes, Cindy Goldrich’s book is an instant classic.
Edward Hallowell, MD, Renowned child and adult psychiatrist, educator, and author of Driven to Distraction
It was so wonderful to speak with you a few weeks ago – thank you so much for your time and expert insights. I have told tons of people about your book (8 Keys to Parenting Children with ADHD), which my husband, parents, and I are all reading! As a parenting writer (and as a parent), I’ve read so many books on subjects like this and I have to say, yours is exceptionally helpful. What I admire most about it, is that it keeps the big picture always in mind, so you don’t get too bogged down in the details (but at the same time, it is full of concrete specific strategies). I’ve learned so much from it, and I’m not a newcomer to this disorder, so thank you! I’ll continue to recommend it to parents, and I hope that featuring it in my book, will give the title that much more exposure.

Your presentation provided easy-to-implement practical suggestions for empowering those who work with children and adolescents with ADHD, executive functioning, and other related challenges, as well as recognizing and understanding their own as well as the students’ strengths. Our attendees were inspired and engaged. We admire how you responded so well to the questions and gave great advice, ideas and comfort with your responses.
Ellen Maiseloff, MA, Opening the Doors Partnership Program, Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit
I attended one of your trainings earlier this year and loved it!!!! I work as an Educational Technician at a grade 2-5 school and work with many children with ADHD. I was happy to share some of the strategies that I learned from one of your trainings and they proved to be terrific strategies with the students.
Amy H., Educator
Thanks for the great presentation today. As a school counselor, I wanted to hit the record button and press play for my parents/teachers.
Kim S., School Counselor
I loved your workshop yesterday!! I immediately started re-reading your handouts and feel very inspired. I can’t wait to implement many of the strategies, especially showing how the neurons connect and what is happening inside their brains. I also love the two homework handouts.
Lisa, Elementary Teacher
I attended your conference at WSBOCES in January…loved it…and have used many of your strategies (and ways of thinking) in my classroom.
Pamela, 1st Grade Teacher
I enjoyed your presentation. You were energetic, and informative, and made the learning accessible by using lots of real-life examples. I walked away with greater insight, strategies, and tools I will use in my classroom. Thank you!
Ms. B., 6th grade teacher
I had the good fortune to attend one of your sessions at the NWAIS conference in Seattle and want to thank you – I learned a great deal in a very brief amount of time! In terms of defining what the executive functions are, I have never seen a more clear and easily understandable definition and list of the distinct areas as the one you presented last week. Thank you.
