Why is parenting my child so complicated and stressful?
My answer:
I believe parents parent out of love and logic, but when you have a complex child, love and logic are not always enough. You need a deeper understanding of what is driving these challenges and what to do about all the struggles.

“When we focus more on their strengths,
we remind ourselves, and them,
of their goodness and their potential.”

– Cindy Goldrich
