One-on-One ADHD Parent Coaching
Personalized Support for Parenting a Child with ADHD

Parenting a child with ADHD and Executive Function challenges can be overwhelming. You want to support your child, set healthy boundaries, and reduce daily struggles, but even your best efforts may not seem to work.
You’re not alone. ADHD Parent Coaching can help.
Our Professional ADHD Parent Coaches—graduates of the ADHD Parent Coach Academy and trained in Cindy Goldrich’s proven, strength-based approach—will guide you step by step, helping you parent with confidence, reduce frustration, and foster a calmer, more connected home.
You may pay for coaching per session or you may also choose to pay for a Package of 4 Coaching Sessions.
Payments are due at the beginning of the Individual Session or at the beginning of the 4-week schedule.
Each session is usually between 50 minutes and an hour, at a time mutually convenient for the client and the coach.
Coaching is not covered by health insurance.
If you have an HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account), you may be able to use that for coaching sessions. Please check with your account provider.
With One-on-One Parent Coaching you will:
- Reduce daily struggles and power struggles—Improve cooperation and communication.
- Set effective boundaries—Encourage independence, responsibility, and follow-through.
- Use discipline strategies that teach, not punish—Help your child build skills rather than just reacting to behavior.
- Develop Executive Function skills—Support organization, emotional regulation, and problem-solving.
- Strengthen your relationship—Foster calm, trust, and connection at home.
When a child is diagnosed with ADHD or Executive Function challenges, parents are often left with reading material, general advice, or medication—but not the real-world tools needed to navigate daily life.
ADHD affects far more than attention—it impacts emotional regulation, frustration tolerance, flexibility, motivation, and follow-through. Without expert guidance, parents often feel stuck wondering:
- “Am I supporting or enabling my child?”
- “Why don’t traditional discipline strategies work?”
- “How can I help my child become more independent?”
ADHD Parent Coaching bridges the gap between understanding ADHD and knowing how to parent effectively in everyday life.
All of our ADHD Parent Coaches are graduates of the ADHD Parent Coach Academy, trained in Cindy Goldrich’s research-based, strength-based parenting approach.
- Specialized in ADHD & Executive Function challenges—Our coaches work exclusively with parents of children with ADHD.
- Practical tools & emotional support—Guiding you through real-world parenting struggles.
- Support at any stage—Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been managing ADHD for years, coaching can help you gain clarity and confidence.
