ADHD Awareness

The mission of ADHD Awareness Month is to educate the public about ADHD with reliable information based on the evidence of science and peer-reviewed research. The coalition members include ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO), Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA), and Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD).

The debate about Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder is over.  And the truth about ADHD is clear: ADHD is a non-discriminatory disorder – affecting people of every age, gender, IQ, and religious and socioeconomic background.

Supporting Someone with ADHD

I am proud to take part in this year’s ADHD Awareness Month Coalition by submitting a video with my tip on living with ADHD &/or supporting someone who has ADHD.

Please watch and share my video “The Breath of Joy”.It’s just a short clip on a fun, easy break you and your kids can do to reset, recharge and refocus.
